Policy and legal Position

As an implementing organization MECC shall be making it self available to all donors agencies, Governmental, and non governmental. All activities efforts and any require daction including Operational, financial and management of MECC are non- governmental

MECC Registration

MECC is the company registered with ministry of Commerce and AISA (Afghanistan Investment Support Associoation) of Afghanistan.MECC has the right to work anywhere inside Afghanistan with out restriction and has full authorization to seek financial resources and implementation possibilities for the planned relieves. The Company is entitled to receive and accept gifts, grants aids and donations from any UN and international Agencies.

Procurment

MECC has capacity for procurement of all kind construction, electrical, logistical And all other equipments and there transportation to all parts of Afghanistan

1: Construction

MECC has implemented construction projects such as public buildings, Clinics, Schools,Mosques,Bridges, Roads,Irrigation canals, Culverts in different parts of country. MECC has maintained close and cooperative relations with local communities, donor agencies and other national and international NGOs. Our engineering section on the request of local communities has conducted executive survey in various parts of the country for lunching new projects; on the basis survey we have prepared and submitted proposals to donor agencies for funding consideration. MECC has implemented number of projects in this sector since its establishment with direct funding of US Army Corps of Engineering, MCI,PRT, IOM, UNOPS, NSP, MRRD, and PRIVATE sectors.

2: Irrigation

MECC has implemented irrigation rehabilitation projects in different parts of Afghanistan such as construction of intakes, construction of shallow wells, flood control, canal cleanings and Karize (natural spring) cleanings. MECC has qualified personnel in survey, design, and rehabilitation programs in this sectors . We successfully implement the flood control project in Helmand funded by MCI and have ongoing irrigation project construction of intake in Kabul province . We also surveyed some irrigation projects in Laghman. and on the basis of survey we have prepared proposals for some organizations.
